Heaton Mosque and Islamic Centre is one of Newcastle’s original mosques, established in 1980, and has been serving the local community for over 45 years.

Located in the East End of Newcastle, close to the city centre, the mosque provides a safe, welcoming, and accessible space for worship, learning, and community engagement.

As a registered UK charity, the mosque is committed to promoting community cohesion, education, and wellbeing.
